Plot

The film follows Emilia Pérez (Gascón), a young woman who dreams of becoming a singer. When she meets a group of musicians, she joins their band and begins to perform at local clubs. However, her dreams are put on hold when she is arrested and sent to prison.

In prison, Emilia meets Selena Gomez (who plays herself), a famous singer who is also serving time. Selena takes Emilia under her wing and helps her to develop her talent. When Emilia is released from prison, she is determined to make her dreams a reality.
